Kane and Cena end in a DQ after a count out. Action went to outside of the ring, and eventually included further destruction to both Cena and Zack Ryder, who apparently isn’t injured enough for the satisfaction of WWE Creative. Kane was more impressive than Cena in the match, countering many moves.
Punk and Ziggler was a good match, featuring an epic reversal of a GTS into a zig-zag. Dolph was beat 3 or 4 times in the match due to random referee nonsense, and eventually lost to another GTS and a simultaneous 3 count between Johnny Ace and another Ref.
Came down to Jericho, Orton, Sheamus and Big Show, then Sheamus and Jericho, who then had a decent one on one session in the ring. After a series of nice spots, Sheamus landed the victory. Should be interesting to see how they push Sheamus for Wrestlemania and for which title. Also should be interesting to see how Jericho responds.
Overall, a weak PPV. Brodus Clay’s match was a waste of time and some elements of the Rumble could have been improved. A title switch also would have been preferable.
